Online Account - Creating and Managing

Currently, E11 Store operates primarily as an e-commerce platform. While there is no physical showroom for browsing, orders are shipped directly from their UAE fulfillment centersand Head Office is in Al Quaz 3

Gift Card

E11 The E11 Store Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The gift card's validity cannot be extended. If you purchase a gift card on February 1st, 2025, you can use it up until February 28th, 2026. On March 1st 2026, the available credit on the gift card will be zero.

No, you cannot top up E11 Store gift cards.
